Building Quality Specialist
This is a dynamic role that involves providing technical leadership and expertise in building quality, standards, and design for non-residential projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and enable others to deliver high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical advice and guidance on design, building quality, and standards for non-residential projects.
- Assist project teams to plan, deliver, and maintain quality non-residential Government buildings through technical reviews, documentation, and briefs.
- Conduct post-occupancy evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Technically minded and detail oriented, with architectural design experience across a broad range of non-residential Government buildings.
- A strong background in design reviews is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent position available.
