Job Overview

We're seeking a visionary designer to lead our Content and Creative Studio, developing bold, on-trend ideas that drive engagement and inspire our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise to conceive and execute seasonal campaigns that resonate with our brand identity.
  • Create captivating digital and print assets – signage, social media, brochures, websites, and more – that elevate our visual presence.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising and branded collateral for our centres, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints.
  • Manage external design consultants as needed, overseeing overflow work and maintaining quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of digital content across video, photography, and web, driving innovation and consistency.
  • Evaluate creative output to ensure it aligns with our brand values, is innovative, and meets high-quality expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in a similar role – retail or agency background highly regarded.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Exceptional time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for pushing creative boundaries.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative flair and versatility.
