Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Science Expert to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in machine learning, software engineering, and data analysis.

  • Closely collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand business priorities, frame data science problems, and architect data-driven solutions.
  • Built and productionise machine learning models including data preparation/processing pipelines, model orchestration, service performance improvements, and reliability enhancements.
  • Contribute and maintain high-quality code base with tests providing functional coverage and non-functional aspects through load testing, unit testing, integration testing, etc.
  • Keep track of emerging technologies and trends, research state-of-art deep learning models, prototype new ideas, and conduct offline and online experiments.
  • Share knowledge by giving technical talks, brown bags, and evangelising appropriate tech and engineering best practices.

The successful candidate will have a Master's or PhD in Machine Learning or related field and extensive experience in building production-grade machine learning systems with all aspects of model training, tuning, deploying, serving, and monitoring.

Experience with Kubeflow (or similar), TensorFlow, Feature Store in production environment is a major plus.

Bonus points if familiar with architectures such as DCNV2, MMOE, Deep & Wide, ESMM, xDeepFM, and GDCN.
