Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Civil Infrastructure Development Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, VIC.

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience working on complex bridge structures and similar projects.

You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations.

About the Role

  • Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure projects from conceptual design to construction completion.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including quality control and assurance procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

About You

  • Tertiary education in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in a leadership or senior technical role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structural steel and concrete design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
