We are seeking an experienced Civil & Track Design Engineer who will join our multidisciplinary team to plan, design, and construct railway infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative civil engineering solutions that meet industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles, including alignment, earthworks, drainage, and structural design. You will also possess expertise in track design and utilisation of relevant software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Bentley Rail Track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop civil engineering plans for railway infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate civil and track designs with other railway infrastructure components.
  • Utilise engineering software and tools to create detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct track surveys, inspections, and assessments to identify design issues and propose improvement measures.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the construction, testing, and commissioning phases of railway projects.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in civil and track design engineering.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • You have proven experience in civil design engineering, preferably within the rail, road, or transportation industry.
  • You possess solid knowledge of civil engineering principles, including alignment, earthworks, drainage, and structural design.
  • You are proficient in relevant engineering software, such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Bentley Rail Track.
