Business Growth Specialist

We're looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane team in Australia.
In this role, you'll focus on identifying and generating new leads for our Automated External Defibrillator (AED) solutions across various verticals.
You'll conduct in-depth research to spot new opportunities, develop targeted strategies, and collaborate with our Business Partnership Managers and Distributors to educate, develop, and close sales.
Key Focus Areas- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities for our defibrillator solutions across various verticals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop targeted strategies for approaching and acquiring new customer accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
- Talent Acquisition: Attract and retain top talent to support business growth.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- A proactive and autonomous approach to finding and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships.
- Motivated and results-driven, with a desire to learn and grow in your career.
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- A passion for improving healthcare and supporting the needs of our customers.
