Procurement Expert

We are looking for an experienced procurement specialist to support the growth of our business in Australia. This role will be based in Brisbane and involve working closely with stakeholders to develop strategies and priorities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to identify new opportunities and improve value for money.
  • Negotiate agreements, including reviewing and drafting terms and conditions.
  • Support the effective management of contract performance through supplier relationship frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier activities and costs.
  • Participate in initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in pre and post-award management.
  • High level competency in written and oral communication and standard business tools and systems.
  • An enthusiasm for working with suppliers and identifying new opportunities and relationships.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
