Job Title:

Residential Property Valuer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Valuer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, researching and preparing sales data, and compiling reports in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property inspections to gather information on properties
  • Research and prepare sales data, including market analysis and comparable sales
  • Compile reports on property valuations, taking into account various factors such as location, condition, and market trends
  • Ensure all reports meet the required standards and guidelines set by relevant legislation and professional associations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status or RPV
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
