We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Account Executive. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability within high volume transactional accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet diverse and complex needs.
  • Support market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Create and execute commercial strategies that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
  • Participate in critical customer negotiations, securing agreements that drive mutual value and align with long-term business goals.

About This Role:

  • Hold a completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and ideally come with experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment from specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain.
  • Drive business growth through effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting while developing proposals and monitoring KPIs.
  • Manage customer relationships and accounts, employing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement.
