Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication, patient services, and administrative tasks as directed by the Nurse Manager
  • Promote positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff
  • Furnish accurate information to patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals regarding the ward environment
Skill Requirements
  • Superb customer relations and communication skills
  • Experience in managing telephones and reception, with proficiency in MS Office and good telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve, with completion of a medical terminology course or experience working with medical terminology being advantageous
