Join to apply for the Nurse Unit Coordinator - Aged Care role at Royal Freemasons LTD. This role is at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in inner Melbourne. The Nurse Unit Coordinator delivers safe, high quality and contemporary clinical care, provides supervision and guidance to care staff, and supports a resident-centric approach and high level of care at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Undertake, or supervise others to undertake, clinical care for individual residents as required, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care and other clinical procedures as may be necessary.
- Liaise with Residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital and other specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high level clinical care.
