Lead Clinical Services Coordinator

The role of Lead Clinical Services Coordinator is a vital position within our organisation. This full-time opportunity will see you working in a fast-paced environment as the clinical lead of our care teams, providing expertise and guidance to support residents' clinical needs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading clinical and care service teams across the care home to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Care Manager to develop and implement effective carer team strategies.
  • Managing assessment, documentation, and submission of AN-ACC requirements within the facility.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Div 1 with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Care Coordinator or similar leadership position.
  • Post graduate qualifications in aged care would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience and extensive knowledge of Aged Care clinical assessments, care plans, AN-ACC and accreditation compliance and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and develop clinical leadership skills across the clinical care team.
