We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This permanent part-time position involves creating and maintaining rosters, onboarding new staff, and providing exceptional support to families, educators, and leaders.

The successful candidate will possess strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.

Key responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding new staff, orientating new staff to the organisation, updating forms and signage, and liaising with management to handle requests and queries from staff.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work well within a busy team, take direction, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take on tasks with direction happily
  • Knowledge of Xap technology (highly desirable)
  • Experience in OSHC, Early Childhood Education, or related industry (beneficial)
