We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Director to lead our Martech initiatives and drive strategic platform capabilities across our ecosystem. This role requires a strong leader who can define product strategy, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

The Role

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for digital products.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and timely delivery of product features.
  • Mentor product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Your Background

  • Must have relevant experience in Martech platforms, such as Moengage or Tealium.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role, ideally in digital products.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira or Trello.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
