Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant - Service Now with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
This is a senior consulting role working within a large enterprise environment, providing leadership across Service Now implementations and integrations to optimise IT operations.
This is an initial 6 month contract paying $510 plus super per day.
Base pay range A$450.00/daily - A$510.00/daily Responsibilities Lead ITAM, CMDB, and Service Now integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives.
Provide hands-on technical leadership in Service Now development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration.
Drive best practices across Service Now CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modelling and module utilisation (CSM, SOW, HAM, and Reporting).
Skills & Experience 10+ years\' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and Service Now platform development.
Proven expertise in Service Now integrations and custom application development.
Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related Service Now modules.
Deep knowledge of Service Now Discovery and CSDM framework.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Desirable Skills Additional experience with Service Now HAM, CSM, and reporting capabilities.
Broader background in enterprise IT infrastructure and tool administration.
