Job Title:

Information Assurance Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Information Assurance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for leading assurance projects and delivering reviews covering identity and access management, security management, IT governance, emerging technology risks, compliance, business intelligence, BCP and DRP, and alignment to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading assurance projects including planning, testing, reviewing and reporting stages on large and complex engagements
  • Delivering reviews covering identity and access management, security management, IT governance, emerging technology risks (e.g BYOD and cloud), compliance, business intelligence, BCP and DRP, and alignment to business strategy
  • Equipping clients to make decisions based on accurate information by establishing the right controls, processes and structures
  • Optimising technology control activities, operational strategy, and policies and procedures
About You:

We are looking for someone with a strong background in financial services, technology risk and controls environments, IT general controls, testing of automated IT dependent controls, as well as experience in internal audit, advisory, and/or third party assurance engagements.

You should have a strong appreciation of the complexities and challenges that organisations face around the use of existing and emerging technology and how to solve them from strategy to execution.
