Leadership Position in BreastScreen and Diagnostic Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage BreastScreen services to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Manage screening and assessment services, including administration, recruitment, data collection, clinical service provision, and development of business plans to meet organizational goals
  • Coordinate staff education, support, and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to facilitate client understanding and satisfaction
  • Manage financial aspects, including data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
  • Experience in staff supervision and training to develop leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships
  • Ability to lead service development and improvement initiatives to drive business growth
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as healthcare management or radiography
  • Current Victorian Driver's License and clearance checks to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Knowledge of breast imaging quality assurance procedures in analogue and digital environments
  • Background in health service management with a focus on quality improvement
  • Extensive experience in screening and diagnostic mammography and assessment work-up procedures
  • Experience in multidisciplinary management to drive collaborative outcomes
  • Knowledge of the BreastScreen Australia Program and Medicare requirements for diagnostic breast imaging
