- Achieve operational excellence by coordinating and managing daily clinic activities, upholding BreastScreen protocols, and demonstrating leadership with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and Management of Services: Oversee BreastScreen services, including screening and assessment services, administration, recruitment, data collection, clinical service provision, and financial management.
- Leadership Development: Provide guidance and support to staff members, coordinate staff education and professional development, and build community networks to enhance client understanding and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in staff supervision, training, and business development.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification, current Victorian Driver's License, Police Check, and Working With Children Check.
- Knowledge of breast imaging quality assurance procedures, background in health service management, and extensive experience in screening and diagnostic mammography.
