Diagnostic Imaging Leader

Imaging leader sought to manage diagnostic imaging services in central and western Victoria. We are a radiology provider with 19 clinics offering comprehensive diagnostic imaging solutions across Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.
As a Radiography Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality imaging services, providing day-to-day management support, ensuring adherence to safe imaging techniques, and identifying improvements in radiography service provision.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of radiographers to deliver excellent patient care and efficient imaging services.
- Provide guidance on correct imaging procedures and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee student programs for Lake Imaging clinics, ensuring students gain valuable work experience and skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of radiography services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and priorities.
- High level of expertise in radiography, with the ability to share knowledge and skills with colleagues.
- Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence required.
