Marketing Promotion Leader

This key role will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to strengthen market position and develop productive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

The primary objective is to achieve yearly promotional rental income as defined in the Advertisement & Promotions plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of marketing officers across all categories.
  • Develop an understanding of retailer strategies to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Negotiate, manage, and execute the promotional calendar yearly across all categories and locations.
  • Deliver exciting promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities and manage vendor rebates.
  • Manage advertisement and promotions investment and evaluate marketing activities to ensure return on investment.
  • Communicate and coordinate with multiple parties such as vendors, installers, marketing agencies, contractors, and departments.
  • Ongoing market research and review to define potential for specific marketing measures.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or management.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Proven stakeholder management capability and relationship building skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills with the ability to build relationships and solve problems creatively.
  • Substantial experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing promotional strategies, frameworks, processes, policies, and procedures to meet strategic and operational objectives.
