Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Social Space Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our community space.

This includes opening and closing the space, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, and assisting with event setup and tear-down. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will play a critical role in helping to create a vibrant and thriving community at our space. This may involve working closely with our team to develop and implement programs and events that promote collaboration and connection among our members.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the community space
  • Assist with event setup and tear-down
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and visitors
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement programs and events
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a community or event planning setting
  • Knowledge of office software and technology
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
