Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for employees, including calculations for wages, bonuses, deductions, and superannuation
  • Ensure payroll practices comply with legal and organizational standards
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in the handling of payroll and personnel information
  • Prepare financial summaries and reports for management
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve payroll-related queries and concerns
  • Oversee payroll systems and software, ensuring they are functioning correctly and are updated as required
  • Continuously review and improve payroll processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and ability to generate reports
  • Ability to analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues

  • High level of accuracy in processing payroll and maintaining records
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues efficiently
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
