Job Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic retail professional to contribute to our seasonal workforce during the Christmas period.

This key role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding product knowledge, service, and solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer interactions for every store visitor.
  • E nsure all stores are ready and accessible to customers.
  • Manage stock movement, optimize sales, maintain shopfloor organization, and prepare stores for promotions.
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of in-store presentation.
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and describe features and benefits.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs or desires.
  • Support leadership tasks as assigned by departmental expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous customer-service experience is highly desirable.
  • A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask to serve multiple customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and personable interactions with customers.
