We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Seasonal Retail Associates.

The role is a fixed-term contract, approximately from November to January.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to high standards of sales expectations and client experience.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge by staying engaged with seasonal and core jewellery ranges.
  • Support store operations by collaborating with the Manager and Assistant Manager on tasks as required.
  • Communicate effectively, honestly and professionally at all times.
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures and communication protocols.
