Project Delivery Expertise

Martinus is a leading rail construction company delivering high-profile projects across Australia. We seek an experienced Project Engineer to lead the delivery of our Inland Rail project, requiring expertise in Civil and Structural engineering, as well as strong TfNSW and contractor management skills.


Job Objectives
  • Provide technical support to ensure smooth civil construction processes.
  • Define design deliverables to facilitate construction and project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with client representatives.
  • Develop work packages defining scope, materials, and resources requirements for project construction activities.
  • Support and assist the construction team in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all construction adheres to Project Quality Management Plan and Workplace Health and Safety standards.
  • Directly influence the safety culture by promoting safe work practices among project personnel.
  • Perform technical, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, and quality control functions for site activities.
  • Implement inspection and test requirements according to the Project Execution Plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Civil or Structural engineering.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects.
  • Strong communication skills with complex issue management capabilities.
  • Highly desirable previous experience in managing WAD agreements.
