  • Design and deliver inclusive social connection and engagement programs.
  • Build strong relationships with teams, customers, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Promote your local area to grow awareness and attract customers.
  • Maximise program engagement and boost usage of facilities.
  • Coordinate logistics, venues, and staffing for smooth program delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and uphold safety standards.
  • Guide Support Workers and Volunteers through training and development.
  • Use customer feedback to enhance service quality.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant qualification (Diploma or Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle) or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience in aged care or disability services, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse communities.
  • Solid organisational and computer literacy skills, plus experience leading and supporting teams.
  • Local knowledge and community connections (highly valued).
  • The ability to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
