Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each resident's individual needs, skills, and preferences related to lifestyle activities
  • Develop and implement personalized activity programs, monitoring outcomes and participating in program reviews
  • Collaborate with facility managers to create engaging monthly activity calendars
About You
  • Aged care certificate or leisure and lifestyle certification with relevant experience in lifestyle programming
  • Current first aid certification
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with aged care experience preferred
  • Queensland provisional green or above driver license
