Job Description

The Senior Planning Coordinator will work closely with the Planning team to assist in the planning and buying process, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, communication with suppliers and stores, and allocation of products.

This role requires strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to monitor and review product allocations, manage reports, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fashion or relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable)
  • Competence in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong relationship-building capability
