About Our Cyber Security Academic Role

We are seeking an exceptional academic to contribute to teaching and research in Cyber Security at the University of Melbourne's School of Computing and Information Systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate subjects to a high standard, delivering quality learning experiences for students;
  • Conduct lectures and tutorials, engaging students in teaching innovation and improvement;
  • Develop high-quality subject materials and delivery methods, including web resources as appropriate;
  • Prepare project work to support student learning;

Requirements:

  • A PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems (or relevant discipline);
  • A track record of quality research in Cyber Security, evidenced by publications in leading venues;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independent research and a commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration;
