Key Responsibilities

The Contact Centre Administration Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional client support functions, primarily through the handling of calls received through the Comcare and Claims Contact Centre. The role will involve allocating administrative and processing tasks, including non-complex/general payment processing within required timeframes. The officer will also be required to accurately receipt and record records, contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators for the Financial and Client Services team.

Team Collaboration

The Contact Centre Administration Officer will work closely with the Senior Client Services Officer to ensure the effective delivery of client support services. This will involve collaborating with team members to identify and implement strategies that facilitate early and sustainable return to work or recovery at work.
