Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the culture and office environment of a dynamic startup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, coordinating with staff, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Provide support to staff by responding promptly to their needs, helping to resolve minor issues, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to work.
  • Oversee maintenance requests, liaising with service providers to ensure a well-functioning environment.
  • Execute health and safety duties and lead office cleanups when necessary.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by organizing welcome tours, distributing merchandise, and ensuring the return of company property upon departure.
  • Maintain and update the events calendar and book venues or spaces for internal and external events.
  • Organize staff celebrations, birthday recognitions, and recreational team activities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working in an office manager or community-oriented role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Able to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to help foster a strong team culture.
  • Experience planning and delivering engaging team events.
  • A community-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues and fostering collaboration.
  • Confident using digital tools for office management and workflow coordination.
