Key Responsibilities:- Manage the operations team, including shift scheduling, rostering, and staff deployment planning.
- Develop and implement daily goals and strategies to ensure a great customer experience and compliance with council and government requirements.
- Conduct analysis of city performance to optimize the level of service provided to the community and improve business outcomes.
- Manage the city's revenue and costs to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Ensure the timely deployment and retrieval of e-scooters, as well as the maintenance and quality control of our fleet.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including city council, local businesses, and the community.
- Proven experience in managing direct reports within an operations team.
- Strong leadership skills, with a hands-on approach to management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 25-28 kg.
