Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective revenue collection from inpatient, day case, outpatient, medical services and ED accounts
  • Timely follow-up and action on all outstanding accounts to meet performance targets

For success in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
  • A sound understanding of iPM (desired) to support efficient operations
  • Prior experience in health funds or credit management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
