We are seeking a skilled Job Coordinator to oversee plumbing jobs across Melbourne.

O'Shea Plumbing has over 45 years of delivering reliable plumbing solutions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule daily and upcoming plumbing works to ensure seamless workflow for our field team.
  • Oversee projects by monitoring progress, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring they meet O'Shea Plumbing's high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after jobs, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Support quoting, variations, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and facilitate clear communication between clients, plumbers, and management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to plumbers on-site when required.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in plumbing (qualified plumber or extensive plumbing knowledge).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to provide technical assistance to field plumbers.
  • Prior experience in a coordination, estimating, or supervisory role would be an advantage but not essential.
