**Project Coordinator Role**

This is a key position within our national team, responsible for securing regulatory, environmental and cultural approvals for projects across 3 states. The successful candidate will have substantial knowledge and experience in land access services within a utilities or infrastructure framework.

The role involves liaising with internal project team members to develop agreements and documents that enable land easement or freehold for company assets and infrastructure, engaging in negotiations with external stakeholders such as landowners, statutory authorities, consultants and contractors, and identifying and gaining all necessary approvals to enable project construction.

The ideal candidate will have well-developed negotiating and influencing skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
