Project Development Coordinator

The role of Project Development Coordinator is a key position within the project team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects on time and within allocated resources.

  • Support the project team in multiple aspects of project delivery, including planning, encumbrance management, contractor negotiation and award, sales and marketing support, financial management, community and stakeholder engagement, construction management and site presentation.
  • Oversee site presentation, working with contractors, builders and homeowners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Assess, manage and enforce encumbrances across projects.
  • Report development updates to senior management and directors.
  • Manage project budgets to achieve financial targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on new industry practices, policies and legislation.
  • Provide support to contract administration and sales teams as required.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in land development and the construction industry, with knowledge of encumbrances. They will possess excellent communication, organisational and planning skills, adaptability and strong problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, directors, sales, marketing, consultants, contractors and the wider community.
