About the Role

We're seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Technicians to support our operations in various industries.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work in diverse environments, depending on experience and willingness to rotate through different work settings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing, repair, and maintenance of large-scale mobile equipment.
  • Mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment from sites.
  • Source technical information from reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM, and computer-based systems.
  • Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained.
  • Carry out and assist with work order management.
  • Work semi-autonomously when required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Fitter or Electrician.
  • Post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry.
  • Relevant Certificate of Proficiency issued by Training NSW.
  • Experience in general maintenance, breakdowns, component changeouts, servicing, and diagnostic trouble shooting of Heavy Earthmoving equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience with Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu large earthmoving equipment is preferred.
  • OEM experience desirable.
  • Current drivers license.
  • Valid Australian Citizenship or visa.
