Our team is seeking a skilled and adaptable professional to join our roster of customer service representatives.
This role will involve working across a variety of customer service-related requirements, including service activation, retention, sales, technical support, billing and payments, complaints and customer education regarding our products.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to interpret information and data to understand customer queries and provide solutions. They should also be quick learners, able to adapt to new tools and technologies and work well under pressure.
Additionally, we are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, are responsible and motivated to achieve their goals. While experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable, it is not essential.
As part of this role, you will play a pivotal part in advancing our growth targets and contributing to our aspiration of becoming Australia's most loved Energy/Telco retailer.
