We are seeking a skilled head bartender to lead our bar team. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of shaping the drinks menu, overseeing staff training and driving the day-to-day success of our bar.

**About the Role:**

- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to curate our drinks and wine list
- Ensure seamless day-to-day set up and running of the bar
- Train staff on drinks menus to enhance their knowledge and skills
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain efficient bar stock levels
- Receive, check and pack away bar deliveries
- Full-time position available, working Wednesday to Sunday

**Key Requirements:**

- Be available to work evenings and weekends
- Possess previous experience running a bar or similar establishment
- Demonstrate ability to work proactively under pressure and as part of a cohesive team
- Wine expertise is desirable but full training will be provided
- Enjoy interacting with guests, building relationships and engaging with the local community
- Maintain a positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
