Sage Hotel is seeking Part time Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage offerings including multiple dining and bar areas, event space. We are a vibrant and thriving establishment and we take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be accountable for the performance of all Food and Beverage outlets including Dining Room, Bar, and In-Room dining.

To successfully fill this role you will need to have:

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in supervising staff
- Ability to manage operating and labour costs
- Proactive hands on approach
- WHS Management
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Ability to build strong guest and client relationships
- Flexible working hours and available to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts is essential. Along with weekends and public holidays
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role or Senior F&B Attendant within a Hotel environment
- Excellent standards of personal presentation and grooming
- Intermediate computer knowledge particularly in the use of MS Office including Outlook and Micros
- Outstanding communication, written and verbal as well as interpersonal skills
- Current NSW RSA Certificate

Pay: $31.23 - $47.14 per hour
