We are seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering high-performance engineering solutions across various projects. As a Senior Engineering Leader, you will apply your strong knowledge of structural analysis and bridge design to deliver for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical delivery of bridge and transport structure projects, applying both standard and advanced engineering techniques.
  • Develop design solutions, prepare drawings, calculations, and specifications for a variety of structural forms including reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and steel.
  • Perform structural planning, analysis, and design for transport infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering their technical growth.
  • Manage mid-size projects.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the Bridges and Structures Business Class.
