Clinical Application Specialist – Point of Care and OB

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team in NSW or VIC. As a sonographer with extensive clinical experience in General Imaging or OB or Cardiac Ultrasound, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to customers throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship, working in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on the Philips Ultrasound portfolio.
  • Train customers in the optimal use of our equipment, enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.
  • Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback on the quality of the training delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the business with input on configurations, working with the Account Manager, Clinical Applications Manager, and Clinical Modality Sales Specialist to provide clinical feedback to assist in funnel management.
You're the Right Fit If:
  • You have postgraduate studies in Ultrasound with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience within a public and/or private medical imaging department.
  • Experience with advanced imaging technologies or imaging subspecialties is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.
  • You possess outstanding relationship building and communication skills, with high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.
  • You are able to travel across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific as required.
