Clean and Tidy Store

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Sydney.

As a member of our store's floor care team, you will be responsible for completing specific cleaning tasks on a schedule, collecting trolleys, and supporting the store with waste processing routines. You will be fully trained to operate a variety of equipment and will have access to tools that make your job easier and safer.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room and emptying bins
  • Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
  • Working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
  • Helping customers in store by answering questions or providing directions

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An ambitious mindset

  • A passion to grow your career in the floor care space and beyond

You will also need to have the physical fitness to comfortably handle physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting loads between 5-10kgs. Flexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparks is also essential.
