Program Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support the development and delivery of our Young Mayors Program in Hume municipality.

  • Support young people aged 11 to 17 years throughout the program, from nomination and campaign process to serving their term in office.
  • Collaborate closely with our Program Manager and Youth Support Officer to implement program plans and coordinate activities.
  • Assist young people in nominating themselves and campaigning for positions on the youth council.
  • Maintain relevant documentation and assist in planning, scheduling, and data gathering.
  • Facilitate workshops and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
