Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team in Western Australia.

About the Company

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 120 properties, working closely with tenants and owners, coordinating maintenance, and reviewing lease applications. Your strong organizational skills and ability to multitask will ensure seamless property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with tenants and owners to address their needs and concerns
  • Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs to maintain property condition
  • Manage arrears and communicate effectively with clients
  • Review and process lease applications to ensure compliance
  • No Pest Control or BDM responsibilities
Requirements
  • A valid WA Driver's License
  • A current WA Property Manager Registration
  • Prior experience managing a large portfolio of properties
  • An excellent attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
