Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced creative lead to spearhead our product direction and development across furniture, hospitality, and other areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding products that contribute to Australia's most memorable events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the product development process, working closely with procurement and incorporating client and internal feedback.
  • Develop the annual collection release, ensuring it is cohesive, relevant, and on-trend for the Australian events industry.
  • Work towards an annual launch program, including presentations and required collateral.
  • Collaborate with the digital and marketing teams on all digital product and marketing assets.
  • Design and deliver a stunning two-floor showroom with an eye for event and activation environmental design.
  • Attend events and high-end jobs to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain key internal and client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven leadership, people management, and energy.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in experiential design, interior design, or theatre design, preferably within the events industry.
  • Ability to develop a vision for event-style furniture, ranging from high-end to low-end.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe, Rhino, or similar, to present designs and concepts clearly.
  • Loves networking and growing relationships.
  • Passionate about the world of design and living their job.
