Project Manager for Large-Scale Infrastructure Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Parklife Metro, responsible for managing subcontractor and supplier packages on one of the biggest projects in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontractor and supplier progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Prepare and submit interim progress claims and final accounts, ensuring timely payments.
  • Oversee the performance of subcontractors against the scope of works and the construction schedule.
  • Provide advice to delivery and management teams on contractual issues.
  • Support the Contracts Manager with monthly reporting and cost analysis.
  • Administer and minimise project risks related to claims, variations, and extensions of time.
  • Develop and improve systems and processes for managing contracts effectively.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Law, or a related field, along with minimum 5 years' experience in contracts administration within civil infrastructure projects.
