Krispy Kreme, a renowned doughnut company, is in the business of spreading happiness. As an Operations Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in contributing to our success by leading and developing Team Members.

Our Manufacturing Team Leaders are key contributors to our Teams' success, providing guidance, support, and ideas while creating high-quality doughnuts.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Staffing shifts using Krispy Kreme systems and processes, ensuring adequate coverage, and planning work before each shift.
  • Leading your Team during their shift, utilizing your understanding of their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintaining productivity standards, ensuring all assigned tasks are completed on time and align with Krispy Kreme's quality and policy expectations.
  • Managing labor targets as outlined by the Manufacturing Manager.
  • Addressing issues with Team Members promptly, including providing constructive feedback.
  • Conducting regular Team and one-on-one briefings at suitable times.
  • Organizing learning and development activities tailored to individual and store needs.
  • Ensuring Team Members adhere to Food Safety standards.
  • Overseeing product quality, liaising with the Manufacturing Manager regarding any issues related to timeliness, suitability, or quality.
  • Able to work flexible shift patterns, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • An understanding of training processes and effective employee training.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional products and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Krispy Kreme product standards.
  • Integrity and commitment to upholding ethical operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Team Member duties.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others to achieve success.
  • Knowledge of OH&S principles and practices.
  • Confidence, passion, and enthusiasm for Krispy Kreme products and brand.
  • Able to demonstrate leadership in workplace safety.

We offer competitive compensation based on industry standards, estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
