Maintenance Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support for maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and optimal resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track overhead costs accurately and efficiently
  • Contribute to onboarding and induction processes
  • Manage safety documentation and compliance effectively
  • Perform data entry for time sheets and pay queries
  • Update skills matrix and verify competencies
  • Record meeting minutes diligently
  • Prepare end-of-week progress reports thoroughly
  • Monitor hours of work to manage fatigue levels
  • Undertake everyday administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate Excel skills or higher
  • SAP experience is mandatory
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • EBA interpretation experience is essential
  • Payroll process knowledge
  • Ability to work well within a team with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility in a fast-moving environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Timely completion of tasks
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy level
