Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing our online sales services, ensuring seamless digital platforms and transactions.

The key objectives of this position include supporting the Customer Service and Sales team with accurate reporting for our digital sales platforms, including product ranging, pricing, customer enquiry follow-ups, and transaction validation for eBay and marketplace stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website testing for new versions and features
  • Preparation of basic reports
  • Implementation of new web features or functionality with external stakeholders and the team
  • Troubleshooting updates for consistency and user experience across devices
  • Ebay store component ownership and management
  • Order receipt monitoring for messages and discrepancies
  • Abandoned cart reviews and security alert resolution for fraud
  • Maintenance of all marketplace channels, including uploading products, managing orders, resolving errors, and supplying assets
  • Presentation of new marketplace opportunities aligned with the brand

Requirements and Skills:

  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms and E-Com marketplaces
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Superior communication skills
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
